Invitation to the Kingdom of Caspia

Belka is interested in meeting with a Caspian delegation to discuss relations between our two nations. If Caspia is able to agree to such a meeting, we would be more than willing to host it here in Dinsmark.

Invitation to the Kingdom of Nordmier

In the interests of maintaining peace along our borders and developing a better knowledge and relationship with our immediate neighbors the Dominion of Belka would like to invite the Kingdom of Nordmier to a friendly diplomatic meeting if the Kingdom has a representative available.

The Dominion of Belka has long had contact, mostly unfriendly, with villages and small city-states beyond her Eastern Border. Two weeks ago the provincial city of Ostmark was raided by forces from these Eastern Peoples. Though the city itsself was unharmed many of the outlying villages were torched by these marauders. The Grand master has charged me with the task of venturing forth into the East and bringing these hostile peoples under the heel of Belka. The I and II Corps of the Belkan Knights have been assigned to my command to carry out this operation. We have assembled at the Eastern border of Belka and now march forth proudly into a little known world. I am not sure what we shall face, but the one thing I am sure of is that these people will be made to fear Belka!

National Development Projects

Dominion of Belka, Executive Internal Directive #7,901

With the intent of improving the Belkan national economy funding is hereby directed for the following projects.

1. Existing rail lines will be unified and incorporated into a National Military Transit Grid. Said grid will operate along a hub system with railroad hubs located at each provincial capital and branches traveling out into the respective provinces. Connecting lines will run between the regional capitals.

A special rail line will run along the Torsten Line, connecting the line's segments to military depots and staging points inland.

The NMTG will have resupply and refueling points at intervals equal to a half days travel. The NMTG will be first and foremost for military use, in the event of a national emergency the Dominion reserves th4 right to commandeer all locomotives for military use. In the interim the Grid will be open for non-military use.

2. 10,000 acres of Tauberg Forest are set aside as a Nature preserve and any development of said area is prohibited.

3. Irrigation systems in the Schayne Plains are to be expanded to increase the area under cultivation by 40%

An invitation to the UDC

A message is sent to the UDC inviting them to send an envoy of some kind to the Belkan Capital of Dinsmark to discuss DoB-UDC relations.


Accommodations in Grand Master's Palace will be made and any envoy will be treated with the utmost respect.
