Post-War Rebuilding

All civilians are to return from the Great Northern Trench to their respective cities. All Corps units are to return to work on the Great Northern Trench (this should be completed in six months).

The following are to be produced:

- A series of small shipyards (capable of producing three ships [ship size estimated at Destroyer] at a time) in Teskograd, Damskigrad, Vladivostok, and Gurlosh (EST TIME FOR COMPLETION 1.5 YEARS)
- Three Ammunition and Arms Factories in Mulosk (EST TIME FOR COMPLETION 2.5 YEARS)
- Twenty Trench Guns per city (EST TIME FOR COMPLETION 4 Months)
- 5 Battleships (To be built in Damskigrad) (TIME 1 YEAR 2x SHIPS AT A TIME)
- 12 Destroyers (To be built in Vladivostok) (TIME 6 months 3x SHIPS AT A TIME)
- 20 Cruisers (To be Built in Gurlosh) (TIME 4 Months 3x SHIPS AT A TIME)
- 100 Transport Ships (Capable of Carrying ~1000 Men each) (To be built in Gurlosh) (TIME 1/2 Month 10 Ships at a Time)
- 10 Submarines (To be be built in Teskograd) (TIME 9 Months 4x Ships at a time)
- Housing and Infrastructure Upkeep in Vladivostok (TIME 4 Months NOTE: Workers will be called in from the farmlands (the north and west) in addition to natives order to carry out this task.)

NOTE: 7th and 8th Corps are to return to training (EST. Completion 2 Months)

Destroyer = Red Dot
Aurelian Submarine = Yellow Line

The Premier would like to move the navy into the Antartic Straight in order to patrol the area. If any submarine that is not Tolish (Tolish subs will be painted a bright red on the side) is to be stopped by any means necessary. DO NOT FIRE UNLESS FIRED UPON FIRST!
