Programs have been approved to design a new self-propelled artillery unit as well as a new fast-moving troop carrier. The artillery unit will be disgnated XX-13 and the troop carrier will be designated XC-15

Manetherian Affairs

In an effort to bring more people into the cities, Emperor Nera ordered the construction of new factories. These factories, which will be both military and civilian manufacturers, are to be built near Lugard, Sperna, and Mutande. Resources and funds are to be diverted immediately and construction should begin in the following weeks. With a steady work pace, the factories should be at 60% complete and October 1951. At the time, they should be able to start producing goods but at a slow rate. It will take till February 1952 for all factories to be completely done.
