I see deflection is the paranoid man's only option against true opposition. Instead of attempting to debunk my point with quips about Europan affairs, how about you simply state the reasons the Union has for such aggressive actions and let the international community be the judge? If you simply fear the proximity of other countries to your own, I should like to be the first to inform you that there exist, on your very own continent, several nations of varying political ideologies and agendas. Instead of directing these fears at a refueling outpost in the middle of the Atlantic, how about you choose a more suitable subject for your psychosis?
And since you wish to speak of Europan aggression, I would like to appease you. I'd like to make note of a Decree of the Europan Crown made several months ago, with relevant parts distinguished:
QUOTE (Crown Prince George IV of Europa)
From this point on all islands in the Atlantic Ocean are hereby under the protection of Europa. They are to remain under the control of their indigenous population.
Crown Prince George IV of Europa
The Crown kindly asks that the Union cede control over all parts of the island. We are asking kindly only temporarily.
